How to solve 99% of the problems you encounter with Alobees?
99% of the problems encountered while using Alobees can be resolved by doing one of these things :
Click on Logout on the top right of the main page, then log back in
If the website is concerned, try to change your browser : we strongly recommend Google Chrome and we advise against using Internet Explorer
Make sure you are connected to the Internet : Alobees needs an Internet connection to work
If you are using the mobile app, check on your phone's App store that there are no update for Alobees
If the problem you encountered is not fixed by any of those methods, please contact our support team through our chat room available on our website !
