# Edit a user

|| 💡 Easily edit a user's information to keep your data up to date.

# From the web app

### 1. Find the relevant user

Use the search bar to find the user you want to edit.

### 2. Open the user profile

To the right of the user's row, or in the person's profile, click the "Pencil" icon to access their information.

### 3. Apply the desired changes

Edit the desired information, such as the user's role, type, phone number, or photo.

### 4. Confirm the changes

After making the changes, click "Confirm" to save the user's new information.

# From the mobile app

### 1. Search for the desired user

Search for the user, then click on their profile.

### 2. Open the user profile

Click the "Pencil" icon at the top right of their profile.

### 3. Apply the desired changes

Edit the information such as the user's role, type, phone number, or photo, depending on the changes to be made.

### 4. Confirm the changes

After making the changes, click "✅" at the top right to save the user's new information.



| 📝 If your user doesn't appear, they may be deactivated. Click "status" on the web app or "show all users" on mobile to reactivate them.
