# How are my ERP projects sent to Alobees?

* On Alobees, the construction sites are synchronized with the [ERP](https://www.alobees.com/en/services/connecteurs). 

* At the first synchronization between Alobees and the ERP, it is possible to import all the construction sites in progress if you wish with 24 months of prior history.

* New construction sites created on the ERP are automatically created on Alobees. All fields will be filled automatically.

* A construction site closed on the ERP is automatically closed on Alobees.

* The field "Site manager" is to be filled manually from Alobees if necessary. Same for the field "construction site foreman". 

* These designated persons will now receive notifications on the life of the construction site.
