# How does document sharing work on Alobees?

* [Documents](https://www.alobees.com/en/fonctionnalites/chantiers) are automatically transferred from the [ERP](https://www.alobees.com/en/services/connecteurs) to Alobees.

* It is also possible to add documents manually from the WEB version by transferring files from a computer.

* It is possible to define a minimum access role for each folder or document.

* The documents are immediately available to all users with access to the construction site.

* It is currently IMPOSSIBLE to add documents from a smartphone.

* Documents are only available for viewing, not for modification.
