**99%** of the problems encountered while using [Alobees](https://www.alobees.com/en/) can be resolved by doing one of these things :

* Click on __Logout__ on the top right of the main page, then log back in

* If the website is concerned, try to change your browser : we strongly recommend Google Chrome and we advise against using Internet Explorer

* Make sure you are connected to the Internet : Alobees needs an Internet connection to work

* If you are using the mobile app, check on your phone's App store that there are no update for Alobees
