What is the ERP Connector?
The connector is a Windows service installed on the same machine as the ERP.
The connector synchronizes information between the ERP and Alobees.
The connector is authorized to communicate with Alobees thanks to the API key given at the installation and available for the owner in his configuration space on Alobees.
The installation and configuration of the connector is either performed by a technician of the reseller or outsourced to the Alobees Services team.
It is perfectly possible to connect several ERP "folders" to several Alobees companies.
The connector is compatible with the advanced job tracking module but also with the simple job tracking and even if the job tracking module is not installed.
If the connector is stopped, restarting it catches up all the synchronization delays.
