How do I change a user's phone number?

To change a user’s phone number in Alobees, simply update it directly from their user profile.

Steps:

• Open the profile of the user in question.
• Delete their phone number and confirm. The user will then lose access to their account until a valid number is entered.
• Next, enter the new phone number.
• Confirm: An invitation text message will automatically be sent to the new number.

This process also allows you to resend an activation text message if the user was unable to click on the first link.
