How to use the checkin/checkout feature?

Operation

If you wish, it is possible to manage working hours via clocking in and out. This method is more precise than the reporting method.

Once a worker is scheduled on a construction site, he can be asked to declare his arrival and departure when he leaves.

At the precise moment when the worker clicks on the "arrival" or "departure" button, he is geolocated using the GPS of his smartphone. Thus, the precise position of the employee is recorded at each check-in.

With this method, the construction site foreman cannot clock in for another person. All employees must be equipped with the application.

Activation

This feature can be activated by following the instructions below:

Click on Settings in the top right corner of the home page.

Scroll down to Link between checkins/checkouts and timesheets.
