What is the ERP Connector?

The connector is a Windows service installed on the same machine as the ERP.

• The connector synchronizes information between the ERP and Alobees.

• The connector is authorized to communicate with Alobees thanks to the API key given at the installation and available for the owner in his configuration space on Alobees.

• The installation and configuration of the connector is either performed by a technician of the reseller or outsourced to the Alobees Services team.

• It is perfectly possible to connect several ERP "folders" to several Alobees companies.

• The connector is compatible with the advanced job tracking module but also with the simple job tracking and even if the job tracking module is not installed.

• If the connector is stopped, restarting it catches up all the synchronization delays.
