How does document sharing work on Alobees?

  • Documents are automatically transferred from the ERP to Alobees.
  • It is also possible to add documents manually from the WEB version by transferring files from a computer.
  • It is possible to define a minimum access role for each folder or document.
  • The documents are immediately available to all users with access to the construction site.
  • It is currently IMPOSSIBLE to add documents from a smartphone.
  • Documents are only available for viewing, not for modification.
