99% of the problems encountered while using Alobees can be resolved by doing one of these things :

Click on Logout on the top right of the main page, then log back in

If the website is concerned, try to change your browser : we strongly recommend Google Chrome and we advise against using Internet Explorer

Make sure you are connected to the Internet : Alobees needs an Internet connection to work

If you are using the mobile app, check on your phone's App store that there are no update for Alobees
