💡 Each site on Alobees has its own dedicated space, where you can centralize all information and track progress in real time.
In your site spaces, you'll find:
- The site submenu: This space centralizes all the elements of your site: documents, schedule, tasks, timesheets, clock-ins/clock-outs, and other features you can enable as needed.
- Site progress: Takes into account estimated hours, scheduled hours, and actual hours worked to give you a real-time view of your time management.
- Site information: A summary of the information you entered when creating the site. This lets you see the client, address, and forecast at a glance.
- Site contact: This contact was entered when the site was created.
- People in charge of the site: Find out who the site managers and foremen responsible for this project are.
- The activity feed: This gives you, for each site, a dedicated space for communication between team members. Messages, photos, videos, signatures: centralize all your exchanges in one place.
