What are the different roles?
Each user must have a role on Alobees. This role will determine his access rights to Alobees.
The possible roles are as follows:
Owner: This is the user who created the company on Alobees application. He has all access rights. He is the only person to have the
API key in his configuration space which is necessary to connect Alobees with the ERP.
Administrator: Web and mobile access to all the application's functionalities, view on all the sites and users.
Site manager: Web and mobile access to all the application's functionalities, view only on his own sites.
Worker Visualization of the personal schedule, hours and its sites. Possibility to fill in his hours according to the configured preferences.
Subcontractor: Same rights as the worker, just a different name.
If you do not want to give access to the application to a user (ex: apprentice, temporary worker), create the user without adding his phone number. This will not prevent you from scheduling him or his team leader from entering his working hours.
