Organize the display of your user list
💡 You can customize the display of columns in the application to make your management more intuitive and efficient.
1. Open the column manager
Click this button to access the column display settings.
2. Organize the columns
- Drag unnecessary columns to "Hidden columns" to simplify the display.
- Drag the categories using the 6 dots on the left side of each category to arrange them in the desired order.
3. Display users by sorting the applicable fields
You can sort the columns alphanumerically by clicking on the heading of each column.
- User: Display your users sorted alphabetically.
- Role: Display your users grouped by role.
- Type: Display your users grouped by role.
- Availability: Display your users according to their availability status.
- Phone: Group your active users (with an assigned phone number) together, and likewise for inactive ones.
- Status: Show, or hide, deactivated users.
