The API key is your company's unique identifier. It is thanks to this key that you will be able to connect Alobees with other software like Batigest or Google applications.

To find the API key :

Click on Settings in the top right corner of the home page
Scroll down to **Get your API key **

How to deactivate/reactivate a user?

|| 💡 Deactivating or reactivating a user allows you to control access to your application while keeping their data, which is ideal for managing temporary absences or team changes without losing important information.

From the web

1. Find the relevant user

Scroll through the list (1) or use the search bar (2) to find the user you want to modify.
If you want to reactivate someone, you must first display deactivated users. To do this, click the green filter next to "Status" (3).
Deactivated users will then appear (4).

2. Open the user profile

To the right of the user's row or in the user profile, click the "Pencil" icon to access their information.

3. Reactivate and deactivate the user

Click the button to the right of "Deactivated" or "Reactivated".

This field can be one of two colors:

Green: user activated, they will then regain all their access, with all their data preserved.
Grey: user deactivated, the user will no longer have access to the application, but their data will be kept if you wish to reactivate them in the future.

How are my ERP projects sent to Alobees?

Accepted Answer

On Alobees, the construction sites are synchronized with the ERP.
At the first synchronization between Alobees and the ERP, it is possible to import all the construction sites in progress if you wish with 24 months of prior history.
New construction sites created on the ERP are automatically created on Alobees. All fields will be filled automatically.
A construction site closed on the ERP is automatically closed on Alobees.
The field "Site manager" is to be filled manually from Alobees if necessary. Same for the field "construction site foreman".
These designated persons will now receive notifications on the life of the construction site.

How does document sharing work on Alobees?

Accepted Answer

Documents are automatically transferred from the ERP to Alobees.
It is also possible to add documents manually from the WEB version by transferring files from a computer.
It is possible to define a minimum access role for each folder or document.
The documents are immediately available to all users with access to the construction site.
It is currently IMPOSSIBLE to add documents from a smartphone.
Documents are only available for viewing, not for modification.

How to create a new user?

From the web version

1. Add a user

Click the "Add a user" button to start adding a new user.

2. Fill in the required information

Only the following are mandatory:

First and Last Name (1): Required to identify each member of your team.
Type (2): Used to group your employees by team or trade. You can create as many as needed.
Role (4): Required to assign access levels to the application.

We also highly recommend, if you use them, to add:

Tags (3): Used to filter your employees by company, certification, or other criteria on the schedule. (only available with the Pro pack)

3. Enter the phone number (optional)

Employee with a phone number: will have access to the application according to their assigned role.
Employee without a phone number: will have no access to the application.

4. Save and notify the user

After entering the information, click "Create".

How does the project gauge work?

You can also find the hours worked in the submenu of each construction site in the Timesheets tab.
A progress gauge is present on the sheet of each construction site.

The green corresponds to the hours planned and realized on D-1.
The yellow corresponds to hours planned but not yet performed.
The grey corresponds to the remaining time available for planning.

Red is the time achieved in addition to the estimated time.
Orange corresponds to the time planned on a construction site when the expected time has already been exceeded.
