How to deactivate/reactivate a user?

Deactivate a user

Hover your cursor over the user you wish to disable. The box is highlighted and at the end of the line, an edit button appears. Click on it and click on the red "Disable" button: this user will then disappear from the list.

|| A deactivated person will not appear on the schedule, unless they were scheduled before the deactivation.

Reactivate a user

However, if in X months this user returns to work for you, you will want to reactivate him. Next to the "Status" column there is a small filter icon in green which displays all deactivated users. Therefore, with the filter activated in green, look for the deactivated user, click the edit button and finally click the green "Reactivate" button.

How are my ERP projects sent to Alobees?

On Alobees, the construction sites are synchronized with the ERP.
At the first synchronization between Alobees and the ERP, it is possible to import all the construction sites in progress if you wish with 24 months of prior history.
New construction sites created on the ERP are automatically created on Alobees. All fields will be filled automatically.
A construction site closed on the ERP is automatically closed on Alobees.
The field "Site manager" is to be filled manually from Alobees if necessary. Same for the field "construction site foreman".
These designated persons will now receive notifications on the life of the construction site.

How to create a new user?

To make the application live, to exchange and to consult the schedules, it will be necessary to add users. How ?

By clicking on the white cross in the blue circle. This is possible from the web or mobile, but it is advisable to make this new addition from the web to access all the possibilities.
A popup will appear. Fields in red are mandatory.
The user code must be the same as the ERP one. If you don't want to connect Alobees to your ERP, it is not necessary to fill in this field.
A role must be defined for the person, which will determine his access rights on Alobees.
The type can be created here or from the Settings. It allows you to sort the users according to their job.
The phone number to be added must be a mobile phone number.
Clicking on the "Create" button will send an SMS inviting the person to the company. The guest will have 1 hour to use the link included in the SMS and create his password.
It is possible to add a user without a phone number. This user will not have access to the application but the resource will be able to be scheduled.

How does document sharing work on Alobees?

Documents are automatically transferred from the ERP to Alobees.
It is also possible to add documents manually from the WEB version by transferring files from a computer.
It is possible to define a minimum access role for each folder or document.
The documents are immediately available to all users with access to the construction site.
It is currently IMPOSSIBLE to add documents from a smartphone.
Documents are only available for viewing, not for modification.

How does the project gauge work?

You can also find the hours worked in the submenu of each construction site in the Timesheets tab.
A progress gauge is present on the sheet of each construction site.

The green corresponds to the hours planned and realized on D-1.
The yellow corresponds to hours planned but not yet performed.
The grey corresponds to the remaining time available for planning.

Red is the time achieved in addition to the estimated time.
Orange corresponds to the time planned on a construction site when the expected time has already been exceeded.
